I use a heating pad or also the pregnancy belts help take the pressure off too. Just try to rest as much as possible. Also baths. They help so much.
I had this problem and I was freaking out that something was wrong with the baby but after 3 days of this pain it finally went away. Use a heating pad especially when your sleeping and Tylenol helps a lot
I got the same problem i use a heat pack and rest it against it or i have a bath to try ease it usally my partner rubs it for me to help ease it but theres nothing really you can do :(
