She Means The Insurance Papers And Your Birth Plan To The "T". I Found With My First Child That The Mittens Were To Big For Her Hands So I Used Socks And Pack Lots If Pairs Of comfortable Undies (Granny Panties Rule Right After U Have A Baby) And Make Sure U Get A Size Larger then U Wore Before U Got Pregnant So They Arnt To tight In Case Of an Emergency C Section . Also Pack Some Dermaplast, If U Haven't Heard Of It U Can Buy It Over The Counter At Walmart Just Ask The Pharmacist Where It Is. It's Pain Relieving Spray And Was My Best Friend After I Tore During Delivery (Didn't Have Time For The Dr To Cut My Bottom). U Just Spray It On Your Bottom N It's Awesome N U Don't Hv To Take As Much Medicine. Good Luck.

When i was around 20 weeks i was given a folder at my drs office to fill out papers for pre registry to save time while u get there and are in pain. U just have to mail them in or drop them off. And the birth certificate papers you bring in w u the day your being admitted to l&d in your bag to give to them when babys born. You fill out info of yourself the father and baby on there.
