Ohk i'm 16 a ftm nn 30w+6d I have sharp sharp pains down there I sit down it get worse Wat to do.?! It hurts so bad nn my hospital is 3 hours away they go away then come back a few mins later :(

Get on the phone and call your doctor, he or she must have an after-hours or on-call person to talk to.  Ask for advice.  In the meantime, try to divest yourself of the babysitting duty, you might have to move relatively quickly depending on what the doctor says.

Is there no medical facility any closer to you than three hours?  I think I would make plans to head for medical help.

That sounds like Braxton hicks or maybe you are going into early labour? Has your plug come away or waters broken?
