How bad is coffee?
Because I love it! I crave it, I try to get those starbucks frappucinos at least once a day, the ones in the glass bottles, I'm not sure how many ounces they are. Nd ill get a mcdonalds frappe any chance I get. How dangerous is coffee, what are the effects?
Ask for decaf ones they can make em that way I do this a lot an it still taste just like the reg
I head it can accelerate the babies heart rate...and for a small heart working overtime I don't think that can be good...but ask your Dr

I hope nothing too bad because Im a strong coffee drinking Puerto Rican and I havent been able to break the habit because I dont want to!! LOL
I figure I'd cut to a cup a day. (Before was at least 3 cups a day) I read somewhere that for 300mg of caffeine a day one should be fine! :)
