Aprilbaby22 can u suggest the brand name of ur binder or how is it. The one i have has 3starps with welcro.
It prolly wouldn't hurt to try and wear one now. I loved it. It helped a lot with support and moving.
I wore my binder the whole time I was awake for like the first two weeks.
As u all ladies started within a week after c-section but i m now 2months and havent started so wondering.
Oh that means i m late as now i m 2months 1week post my c-section? Will wearing an abdominal binder now effect and help in my tummy tuck?
I used a binder also that the hospital gave me started using it the second day of my c-section nd it was way better more comfortable to move it help put eveything back i would always have it on nd go to sleep with it im back to my normal body .. but still have like a lil pouch nd a jiggely belly lol i had a 10lb bby so i made a huge bby
Look up the eat clean diet... I'm 8 weeks post partum and only have 7 more pounds to go (and I gained almost 50). I can fit into my pre Preggo clothes now. I just eat clean and walk lots. I'm also getting a gym pass today actually to go do cardio and light weights now that I'm feeling better and have more energy. I didn't have a c section but I tore really badly.
I took diet pills 2 years ago to help me lose weight lost and kept it off till that I had my baby I had c section and was wondering if at 12 weeks if could take then again
Sit ups and walking. I'm only 3 weeks since my second caesarean so I've got 3 more weeks to wait before I can do sit ups this time bit it worked last time so hopefully it'll work this time as well. I also breastfeed which has almost got me back to my old size already. I started wearing my pre pregnancy clothes over a week ago. Good luck x
Do you think that it would ok to take diet pills
I forgot to add, the nurse had me start wearing it the day after my c section.
I got a binder that the hospital gave me after my c section. I wore it religiously for the first 4weeks. Worked wonderfully.
The only thing that worked for me to.get rid of my pouch was walking. I tried EVERYTHING toned evry other part of my body lost 60 lbs after my first and the only thing that got rid of my tummy was walking. I have a big hill by my house so i walked up it everyday and would walk for about an hour and a half. Ill.definitely be doing that again sooner after this baby.
I never had a baby before this is my first and even tho ppl tell me im soooo tiny for only having 2 weeks left and that ill loose the weight fast im buying a bellefit corset to wear after i give birth and breast feeding helps i hear
Ugh I got a tummy thing for my belly after giving birth but I ended up having an emergency c section so I haven't been able to use it yet..anyone know how long you have to wait to wear something like that after a c section?
@ Berplus1.
I bought a belly belt. It has 3 three strapes to adjust. Is this the one u r talking about?
No its an abdominal binder and I believe you can buy them at like babys r us or places where they sell baby items. Its basically like a girdle I guess but helps tighten everything back up. They sell them so where it can be used as belly support while ur pregnant and to suck everything in afterwards so I'm prolly gonna get mine soon!
Aprilbaby22 binder is a corset? I have a corset. How many hours u wear it?
Im 11w pp and although i don't look pregnant, i still have baby bump remnants its the unsightly overhang over my incision. I wasn't allowed to exercise for 12w but am gonna be starting the Insanity workout, its a 60 day workout you do 6 days a week. The videos are online, its meant to be great. I also walk between 3-6 miles daily with the pram, including uphill and i generally eat healthy. Its slowly coming off. I've lost 8 lbs so far, 2 stone to go (although not all of that is baby, its prepregnancy weight) x
I had a binder the hospital gave me and it was awesome. My bf put it on nice and tight and I helped pull everything back in.
