How do I tell them?

I am the youngest among my siblings and I am the one they are looking up to help my parents in life. In short, 80% of my salary goes to them to support them. My sister's sons are living with my parents and they are the ones sending those kids to school. Now I'm pregnant, I know they are expecting more from me, and they will be very disappointed. My dad has heart attack. I'm scared to tell them. I'm 24. How do I tell them?

They will be upset at first, but trust me they will get over it and love you n the baby alot. You're going to have cut down on that 80%help, bc you will have your baby to provide for. But best of luck.. Everything will be ok

I think you should just be honest and tell them. They can't rely on you forever at some point you cannot support them, I'm sure they knew one day you'd start your own family. Even if they're disappointed they will get over it and realize how much you helped them and be happy for you.
