Its been said to have happened before, but it is very rare.
Is your period irregular or do you just not have a period? If you just don't have a period, then no, you don't ovulate and can't get pregnant. If you did ovulate, then you would have a period because after the egg dies when it's not fertilized, your body will shed it's uterine lining giving you a period. You need to make a doctor's appointment to find out about what is going on with your body and get your period 'restarted'. Good luck.
Since a woman releases an egg 12-16 days before her expected period, it is possible for women to get pregnant without having periods. Has there been any investigation as to why you have not been having a period? There are many reasons that you could not be having it. The most common one of course, is pregnancy. Another common reason is PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), a hormonal imbalance that can make the ovaries stop working normally. In most cases, the ovaries become enlarged and appear covered with tiny, fluid-filled cysts. My advise to you is make an apt with you Dr and explain your situation. Hope everything works out for you. Good luck!
