Try not to have anything with sugar or caffeine. That might help. I think the closer you get to your due date, the easier it is to stay up late. I know I get ansy and prepare for the big day non stop. But as soon as baby gets here its the opposite, you're trying to find anytime to get some sleep. Maybe if you take naps during the day?
Omg that was me when i was pregnant with my son. Hopefully i dnt get like that with this one. Its horrible not being able to sleep but being soo soo sleepy. :( everyone would tell me to try chamomile tea and that didnt wrk either.
