No bashing or rude remarks, I'm having a little situation, I am pregnant by a married man and everything has been ok for the past 8 months but now that I have only 4 weeks left to go, Ive been hearin that they are gonna try and take my.child from me, what can I do. Yes, I am ashamed of what I done but I won't regret my child.
Well if you don't want him n the babys life and you don't want his support (and it seems like you and the baby would be better off since they seem like scumbags) then just don't even tell him you went into labor, don't let anyone that they know, know that you had the baby, don't put his name on the birth certificate, and if worse comes to worse you let a judge know that you are NOT comfortable with him in the babys life. Hell, if he isn't threatened with child support then he may not care to be around at all or have a DNA test. Just document everything hunny.....
No that's not true cuz once that DNA test shows its his he has rights, but if that's the case you should get the cops involved cuz then his rights and freedom are shot to hell but you have to be able to prove the drug situation, the guns on the other hand don't have to be registered as long as they aren't stolen or anyone living in the house is on parole or probation or something like that but that also depends on the state that's how it is in Colorado.
Sweetie shrug it all off and just worth about you and baby. As everyone stated if your not an unfit mother. NO one can take your baby!
His wife has an idea of him having and affair and had heard about the baby but doesn't know for sure its his until the baby gets here and she will have a court order DNA test done, they bad thing about it is, they have drug dealers coming to their house constantly and they have guns in the house that are not registered, and I don't want my child around that. I've read that if his name is not on the birth certificate that he has no right, is there any truth to that?
Ya you literally have nothing to worry about, except for sharing custody but that's really it. They can threaten all they want but tell them to suck it, that's your child no one can just take your baby. But make sure and write everything down date and time and what was said because after baby is born and if something happens like they take your baby and run or something that's really frowned upon and they will lose custody and spend a nice long time in jail so make sure you have documentation of all the threats because that could really help you if something bad like that happened
Im sure his wife has a big part in saying this because he has to make up some how for sleeping with someone else while married. They probably don't want to have to pay child support and he doesn't want to divorce because she has a head up because he had an affair.....Just do what you have to do as a parent and don't worry about them taking your child. It would cost A LOT in court costs to prove your an unfit mother and no judge in the world is going to take your child away because they just "want" the baby. Just document any time they bother you (times, dates, save texts, emails, anything) Don't bother him with anything until baby comes, and let the courts handle support and what not.
They probably won't. Most states won't take a child from its mother unless they are drug addicts or abusive or seriously endangering the baby.
Who is they? Him and his wife? If thats the case I highly doubt it? Simply becaud
I don't do drug and I would never abuse my child, just been a little worried cuz I don't want to lose my child.
