I am 6 weeks pregnant and I have been taking Xanax since 2005 for my anxiety
I am 29 yrs old and once my husband and I found out that I was pregnant. I called my regular doctor and my obgyn and they both told me to stop taking my Xanax. Now I am feeling more anxiety and I'm very shakie. What's your opinion on what I should do? I've been talking to my obgyn but she is not helping me with this at all. Is the anything else that is safe to take while I'm pregnant for anxiety attaches and panic attacks? Please help me, thank you! What should I do about this problem?
Zoloft should be ok. I'm 38+3 and just got on it yesterday bc my anxiety has arrived now b4 baby. I was on it b4 preg. It was hard being off while preg but I pushed thru. However, I wasn't on Xanax so I don't what its like to withdrawal from that.
my doctor put me on zoloft. she said it was in of the safe medications to take for anxiety while being pregnant.
