Get a couple of tennis balls and put them into a tube sock. Then lie on them with the tennis balls pressing where you are sore. Just lie and let the pressure lean in to the place that is sore. Move around a little, and let the tennis balls and your weight do the work. If we all did this, massage therapists would go out of business. This can be done around your kids, no need to find a sitter while you go for a massage.
Katecogburn where are you from? Because i am interested in trying the chiropractic too
Aww thanks a lot mommies i called in ER and the midwife said its normal again for god sake .. She said carry on having paracetamol until tomorrow and if still the same then i have to go in hospital . And i just wanted to get my legs massage coz i did in previous pregnancies and it worked but that was back home in London no one does it and even the midwife said get a massage done and i have also tried heat pads haven't worked
Try a chiropractor that specializes in pregnant women. It will work wonders for you! I'm 23 weeks with my 2nd and have went to a chiropractor with both pregnancies. Your body is going through alot of changes and you can get put of line easily plus your ligaments and muscles are stretching. I always feel so much better coming out of my chiropractors office
I really think if you're in that severe of pain, you should visit an er. That can be dangerous. Make sure everything is ok with you & baby, then keep checking for a massage therapist. They are out there, I promise. In the meantime, try the heating pad like someone above mentioned. But i would definitely get it checked out....that's concerning and scary.
Try a chiropractor I heard they do some type of pregnancy massage thing not sure exactly
Ahh, sorry to hear. Have you tried a heating pad set on low?
I am 24 weeks pregnant and I've had two prenatal massages.
Im so sorry to hear what you are going through... But have you tried going to your doctor? Sounds to me like maybe possibly your may hurt due to the fact you not to along ago had a baby...om mexican and we have myths saying its bad to massage ur back while pregnant due to a risk of a miscarriage..idk everyone different but most people wont message u at this stage of pregnancy...regarding your son hes just feeling ur preganancy
..since he's little too himself he may feel like he wont be center of attention totally normal to fight with ur baby. I feel like u may be frustrated with the situation about ur back pains and having a 9 month old and pregnant again..its horomones hun...try to relax and breath in and out...as regarding ur pains do u have history of any accidents, falls? Il 37 weeks but when i was ur weeks i did to have really bad hip and back pains but totally normal..sorry i hope i helped a little im not a doctor or anything but i do advice u to talk to ur ob...
