I don't know if I am getting sick or if i could be pregnant or whats wrong with me???
Why am i so tired, my back hurts, and my stomach is aching and im throwing up? and sometimes i get lightheaded and dizzy also.
It also could be the flu and dehydrated. I would recommend a pregnancy test if late and if its negative then just some TLC and rest. If it gets worse then it could be meningitis and you will need to be seen.
