Ectopic Pregnancy??

Im 4 weeks and have a dull achy pain on what seems to be my left ovary. Its not painful but definitely noticeable. What could this be? Could it just be stretching ligaments?

My friend suffered an ectopic pregnancy and said it was extremely painful!! She didn't know she was preg till she went to er in agony... So I doubt it's that. However not too sure what it may be that you're describing. If it continues or worsens see you doctor. But I've had all kind of strange aches and pains since finding out
