Here is the thing, why would my OPK test kit be post for like 4 days, i never took one for more then one day in the past and got preg the first try. The first day it was two similar lines, which the box says, is a pos, then it got darker then the control line for 3 days, and then the 4th day it was still noticably darker but not as dark as the 3 days before. I never tested sat, bc i ran out. Has this happ to anyone else? Im sure its all normal, im just wondering still when i would have ovulated. This all started Tue last with the pos, as long as the box is right, when it says equal or darker line. The line only got stronger as the days went on. We had Sex Sun right before hand, and Tue and Fri. What do you guys think? Since it was pos for so many days i just wonder if i even had sex on the right days. Any oppinions would be nice. thanks!

I always thought it was a process from start to finish that lasted 3 to 4 days. The last day being the day you ovulate. I would start to bd on the first day with a positive and continue until 48 hours after the last positive.

I never wanted to spend the extra money on the idiot proof tests, but I hear they work really good.

Thanks a bunch i fig that was the case, do you know if you can ovulate for more then 2 days?

When I was using an opk it would turn positive for 3 to 4 days in a row. The first month we couldn't bd because my dh was out of town, but the second month we started the day it turned positive and kept at it for the next few days and it worked. I have a friend who's test was the same way positive for 3 days. I just marked it on my chart as the start and end of ovulation.
