Maj- I was looking into ben wa balls during pregnancy and wasn't sure if they were OK, I think they could be (I did some research) but I'll be sure and check!
You usually do them 3x a day holding it for 5-10 seconds each. I was told to do 10 at a time. My midwife also told me to not get into a habit of doing it when I urinate. You can actually weaken the muscles if you do it then.
I do keagles daily they are great for keeping the area in shape and for preparing for birth.... It will help you with your sneezing issues.... I have Ben wa balls which are awesome they are like weights that you put in your vagina That make the keagles that more benificial... I havnt used them during pregnancy tho cause I don't know if they are safe.... I need to ask the dr
Just until you empty your bladder, every time you pee just stop and go stop and go stop and go until you are done peeing. It should help. That's the easiest way to do keggles, you'll find a lot of other weird explanations online.

I think that they sell some kind of device that shows you how to do keggles...But I suggest practicing when you are sitting down peeing stopping and starting the flow, do this EVERY time you pee and you will exercise your keggles just fine.

Um are you peeing when you sneeze? Sorry I'm a little confused. But if that the case you can always get panti liners so it doesn't leak onto your clothing. Sorry if you meant something else!
