Im 23 weeks pregnant is it safe to color your hair with Garnier Nutrisse?
Garnier is prly one of the better ones it's ammonia free or at heart they make an ammonia free one :-) but yes open bathroom window leave door open and your fine :-)
Its fine, as long as youre in an open space with plenty of fresh air, dying your hair is fine, just to be safe the lower chemical dyes are probably better, id steer clear of bleach!
