CONTRACTIONS?

I'm 32weeks & 5days.I went to L&D Wednesday & i was having frequent Contractions and was given a culture test , My results came back That I will not be expecting a baby anytime soon. Yesterday I experienced that same pain as well as tonight and I don't want to go back to L&D only to hear the same outcome have anyone else Experienced this? Are these Braxton Hicks?.
