One day period
I came on my period yesterday morning and I have not bled at all today, I never had a period last month and took a hpt and it was negative, I am having really bad stomach cramps which is unusual for me I have recently lost my job so I am a little more stressed than normal,
Go to your doctor and get some blood work, you could just be missing a period because your stressed or it could be implantation bleeding if there wasn't much blood. Last time you tested could have been too soon to pick up your HCG levels
It could also be implantation bleeding but go get checked. Better safe then sorry!
