Implantation or ovulation cramps?

Im confused. Im on my cycle day 20, and I have slight cramps on my lower abdomen, its on and off, its been 3 days. I dont know if its ovulation or implantation cramps. My nipples also abit sensitive, and I have white and thick cervical discharge. Tomorrow Im going to have my progesterone check, because Im on clomid (100mg). Im hope its implantation. Please help me, do anyone ever go through this? If its preg symptom its it posible to show this early?

Thanks for your reply. I have irregular period, its hard for me to count when I will ovulate. I was on clomid 50mg but it doesnt work. I hope I ovulate this time with 100mg. I do have cramps 2-3days Im about to have my period. Thats why its kinda odd for me to have cramps this early.

How long are your cycles? To me it seems a little bit early. But if you have 28 day cycles then it might be possible. I personally ovulate around 16-18 days after the start of my period. And I have crampiness and pain in my ovaries about 3-4 days prior to ovulation. It could just be late ovulation, but I hope you find out tomorrow either way. Good Luck!
