Cleaned all day now some pain?

So I'm 8 weeks tomorrow .. I went for an early scan yesterday due to previous miscarriage and saw mmy little baby with a good heart beat. Today I finally had some get up and go and decided to do my housework.  I've cleaned all day and now I've finally ssa down I have a sharp pain in my left side bottom of my belly near my hip. Have I over worked my self or have I caused some damage? I've had aches and pains through but this actually hurts  ..

Call your doctor and tell them about it... I had the same issue and called and they said it was a muscle that stretches because the baby is growing but I'm 13 weeks so I don't know how much of a difference that makes

My partner quizzed me on it and he said it sounds exactly like a pulled muscle and now a few hours have passed it does feel like a pulled muscle. So I'm hoping that that won't cause no problem to the baby x
