Odd Question. Acid Reflux?

I'm 10+2 with my first pregnancy. This morning while brushing my teeth I couldn't help but gag terribly. This is the worst that it has been. After I finished I still felt so sick. I leaned over the sink thinking I was going to puke and instead acid reflux came out of my mouth and nose... I know.. This is weird lol but is this normal? What can I do if this keeps occurring? Thank you ladies!

Thank you! I drank milk after it happened yesterday but didn't know if that was good or bad lol. Congrats and good luck to you as well!

I have acid reflex very badly sometimes but yes its normal, the only thing that helps me ismilk, madication doesnt do anything but milk has helped alote, try milk and avoid eating before bed and laying down hoped this help congrats and goodluck
