Infection??

I think I might have a yeast infection or bacterial infection.  I don't know for sure though.  I made an appt with my doctor this morning around 10:45am so we'll see.  I wondered, though, have any of you ever experienced this during pregnancy?  Is this dangerous?  I had a yeast infection once before a looooooooooong time ago and was treated with cream; is that safe during pregnancy?

the cream over the counter inserts are safe during pregnancy. You are just not supposed to take the pull diflucan/fluconazole.
