HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Idk what to do about School I am 26 weeks pregnant and I walk alot in school I cant sit comfortable my feet hurt REALLY Bad sometimes where I have limp or force myself to get up and walk I Have really bad hip and back pains to where I can barley walk or stand if im sitting for more than 5 mins idk what I should do !

I know how you feel. I'm in college full time and I'm 21 weeks and I have spd so it hurts like heck most times when I sit. And my classes are 50 minutes- an hour and a half in length, but my teachers all know I'm preganant so they are understanding if I have to take a walk in the middle of class or refill my water bottle. Maybe you can take a cushion to sit on or get a doctors note to leave early for classes so you can take a slower walk. Hopefully it works out for you.

Yea I tried different shoes and NOTHING works it seems to get worse but I don't want to be out of school

Awww sorry u having that pain...I was the same way with my sciatica but I had to get shoes that made my posture better and made sure I took alot of breaks...and to drink tons of water...If its too too bad after changing ur how ur doing certain things then ur best bet is to take it up with ur doctor...They may want u off ur feet for a bit
