Its good if you will apply for yours and your babies insurance. So you will be prepared for the unexpected happenings in your life.
Im under my parents insuranse as well. They are letting my parents add the baby because its a relative that is dependent on me whos dependent on them
Im under my mom and had to get my own so what ever my momd did not cover the other one does. N once my child is born I have to go back to the insurance place n get his. Thatd how I am/have to fo it
Depending on your state, they may have a state sponsored insurance for baby, like in PA we have c.h.i.p and every child is accepted
Thats weird. My mom has humana so idk how medicaid works out if your under your moms on.it. maybe just sign up for your own medicaid insurance and get off your moms.
I have Medicaid under my moms they said that I was still under hers but it was also "mine" since I am now 19.
Same situation, they told my mom that when my babys born i would get off hers and be on my own with my baby .
Im on my moms insurance but she cant put my baby on it. If you get medicaid(medical card) u can put the baby on it after he/she is born. Thats what im doing. Plus it helps cover more of your doctor visits
I'm 18 and on my mom's insurance and my child is not covered by her insurance.
If your mother's insurance says anything about covering grandchildren then maybe but if it doesn't then no, your baby is not covered by hers.
