Intimacy during first trimester
Hi ladies, is it safe to have regular intimacy with your partner during the first trimester? And are there some changes or precautions I should take? Thank you guys in advance!
I had sex every day pretty much even when I was 38 weeks. Never had a problem.
You can definitely be intimate.
I'd be careful with roughness cause you could be sensitive and its common to get bleeding from implantation but you don't want to freak yourself out and think it was because of sex.
But honestly have sex as often as you feel like it cause eventually you might not feel up to it at all.
