I'm thinking about joining prenatal yoga. Need some type of work out so my body can get use to this weight
Exactly. I find that I run out of breath while sitting down even. And I was only 130 before I got pregnant. Very fit and in shape... its so hard! I just want to join the gym again and run 10 miles.
Oh god! Yes, I swear I'm always out of breath. Smh I've never felt so out of shape lol. Once the baby is here I'm signing up for a member ship asap
