LABOR OR NOT.......HELP.

I am 38+4 and I am having really sharp pain every 10 min with tightening in my  abdomin and sharp pain in lower back also. The pain lasts about a min. Is this the start of labor or Braxton hicks.

Welp  was in labor had my baby boy at 11:42am feb.22

Time them if they get worse within two hours it's labor.

Try laying on your side walking or taking a hot shower usually they say if its Braxton hicks those will help ease it if it dont it could be later might as well try those first and if it gets worse call labor an delivery and see what they say
