Is this normal?

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and every day of my so far pregnancy I have had light cramps and breast soreness... Well I went to work last night and I did a lot a lifting and moving around and got really nauseous... I came home this morning in a lot of pain... And I notice my breast weren't sore anymore and that I had discharged a lot, should I be concerned? Note this is my first child and I am only 18 so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question...

If you're worried about the cramping it's your uterus stretching to get ready for the baby. I was freaking out too I thought it was bad :) totally normal though. The discharge is just a cleaning process. You're more likely to get bladder infections during pregnancy so this is a good thing, your body is doing what it's supposed to. If you're ever worried try WebMD, that's what calms my nerves because it gives me a rational explanation.

No question is a stupid question; especially when it comes to pregnancy. You really shouldn't be doing a lot of lifting because it can cause stress on you & the baby. If you're worried go to the doctor or at least call them & tell them what's going on. All I can say is don't overwork yourself because I did that for awhile & ended up in the er because I was having contractions at 17 weeks. Good luck hun!

No question is stupid we are all here to learn and get help from one another. I am 8 weeks currently today and a first time mom myself. My boobs are sore here and there and I always get cramps some mild some real bad. Symptoms come and go. The cramps are your body's way of getting ready for the baby. And during the first trimester morning sickness is common I puke and feel sick constantly. It shall pass eventually.
