I didn't take any classes.I thought about I just had so much else to do I guess I never did it. Lol. But my labor went fine. I did it all naturally without an epidural. I didn't know what to expect exactly but the nurses were very helpful and it all just came naturally I guess.

I didn't because I didn't want it to scare the beejesus out of me...I just wanted to stay in the dark as I was going to have to experience myself anyways... you'll be fine. Sometimes it's better not knowing beforehand lol. Good luck!

You don't need the classes,  it will all come naturally,  your body will let you know when to push and you will feel if you can't handle the pain, and if anything goes wrong the doctors and nurses will be there to support and guide you. Just think positive and loom forward to the experience! It's the last step! Then baby is here in your arms. I cannot wait for labor this time, I'm excited! It does hurt but as soon as that baby is layed on you you will think what pain! With my first as soon as she was out I was ready to do it again lol I had the gas only. Good luck ladies :)

I  did not take classes. I went into have my daughter with no stress and no plan. My only plan was to just go with  the flow lol for that being my first I'm surprised it went so good. At the very end my blood pressure went sky high so I had an emergency csection but that could of been prevented if they could of gotten the epidural needle in my back. Other then that my labor(17 hours!!!!)went really good.

I'm not taking any classes either. Honestly, the internet and your friends/family are the best resources. You should ask around to everyone and then look online. You'll get a really good idea of what to expect. Plus, you can pick your doctor's brain at your appointments. That's what they're there for. one thing I suggest though is to keep an open and positive mind though. Everyone perceives things differently and pain is no exception. Don't let the women who just want to be negative and harp about the pain worry you when this is something you're made to do and women have been doing since the beginning of time.

I would suggest them mostly cuz my hubby needed them. But even through all the babies I've seen be born (hospital and natural) I even learned some stuff! But it'll all come naturally in the end.

I didn't take any classes either. The docs and nurses are there to tell you what to do. They won't let you mess up :)
