Subchorionic bleeds can cause fairly heavy and alarming bleeding...but almost always resolve on their own within a few weeks.
That's usually good news! You can call your doc for elaboration on what was found but usually subchorionic hematomas or bleeds are self-resolved and don't affect the pregnancy, from my experience.
Ok, here is the report.. I'm hoping if you ladies read this you might be able to give me some insight....
EXAMINATION FINDINGS: There is a single live intrauterine gestation with a fetal heart rate of 153 beats per minute. A small yolk sace is seen within the gestational sac. The mean sac diameter is 2.3 cm. The crown-rump length is 1.4 cm corresponding with an estimated gestational age of 7 weeks and 5 days
There is a moderate sized anechoic subchorionic hemorrhage measuring 9 x 17 x 38 mm.
The bilateral maternal ovaries are unremarkable with a corpus luteal cyst noted within the left ovary..

Just spend the next week taking it easy and rest as much as possible this will hopefully give the placenta time to re-join/heal
Hang in there. You are in my thoughts and prayers
Not out of the woods, the bleeding is coming from the placenta area :(:( repeat scan in a week
