I was told to start counting any movement in an hr at 35 weeks. Babys active so havent had to stress that.

If u wanna stress yourself out, yes lol I see no purpose in counting kicks unless one day you all of the sudden feel nothing or your doctor sees a problem.

My doctor gave me a chart to do kick counts ever day when I hit 28weeks.. its to make sure ur getting enough movements from baby... I think its now required because doctors get so many calls about is it normal my baby hasnt moved as much. They feel 10 movements in 1 hr is good. But I took my chart in on my 29th appointment and my doctor laughed and said u dont have to do it now if u dont want because my daughter kicks over 10 times in 10 min or less.

My nurse and dr told me to count 4 movements in 1hour if you dont get those mmovements then count 10 movements in 2 hours. I really haven't hadto do the counts cause my baby is always active im 34+6.

You're not supposed to count until 28 weeks my doctor says

Not jusr kicks but any type of movements.

There's an app that helps you count then and it will warn you if they are bad. But your suppose to feel kicks and movements 10 times every hour. I started monitoring them at 24 weeks.
