Knob Fingers in middle pregnancy

Hi Doctor Keith, kindly help me out here.I am about 22 weeks pregnant and at the moment experiencing knob fingers for about 2wks now.It's as if blood doesn't flow to my fingers any longer, the tend to be stiff most of the time.I am also experiencing pains round my wrist.What could be the possible cause, and what is the solution?

YemiTY, I have been expierencing kind of the same thing since about 22 weeks as well. I told my doctor about it, because I wake up with horrible pain at night in my hands and wrists. They prescribed me wrist splints, and told me its pregnancy carpel tunnel syndrome. As time has gone on its been worse and worse and lasts during the day to where my finger tips hurt all day as well. Let your doctor know so maybe you can get the splints. They do help some.
