is it posibble for an unmarried woman to undergo a medical therapy to start escalation for 'sheer pleasure and marital bliss ?

How on earth is lacting blissfull? i highly doubt that any doctor would do this for you if you are not pregnant, or having just had a baby and trying to breastfeed it. This is kinda gross.
