LEG CRAMPS!

I've been getting the WORST leg cramps...does anyone have any suggestions?

Im 28 weeks today and I have been getting them too for the past few days and last night it got so bad, the pain lasted well into this afternoon. I was told to rest and get my feet up and try sleeping with pillow between my legs.

just learned today that they are common! ive been suffering from them since the beginning im 8 weeks, i heard there is a suppiment type thing you can take, we have it at our local organic co-op for restless legs, i will try and find out the name for you when i pick some up

Dr gynecologist told me bananas and water! I get them often!

I've already tried eating bananas and it didn't help at all :(

I sleep with a pillow under my ankles and it works a treat i dont really get cramps now :) my midwife advised me to slightly raise them and it should help :)

They're not really sure what causes them but you are really lucky..

I've heard pregnant women get leg cramPs,  but I've never got them (third pregnancy).. what causes them?

That was the first thing i tried and it hasn't helped... they've been so bad i just don't know what to do!

U might be low in potassium try eating some bananas and drink plenty of water , hope this helps
