I had my son naturally and yes the contractions were very intense and painful and I thought I was going to die. Lol. But pushing him out was not the most painful part as I thought it would be, and the second he was out the pain was completely gone. It was an amazing experience and despite the painful contractions I plan on going natural this time around as well. I definitely reccommend it if you think you can handle it.! Good luck.! :)

I had my son all natural,  my water broke at 12:10 I waited at home for two hours before I went into the hospital. Being at home was more comforting than being at the hospital with people driving you crazy. Lol. The pain is intense but as a woman we are made to handle it. I counted through my contractions an tried watching t.v. keeping calm is the big thing. My son was born 9 lbs an 3 oz so he was a big baby. You can handle it you just have to keep your mind set.

I had no pain relief at all. It was an amazing experience. The pain was undescribable. But as soon as babys head popped out the pain was completely gone. I plan on doing the same with my second baby. When i got into the final stage of labour (at this point i had been in labour for two days) the pushing etc was for about 4 hours and I felt every second of it. Even though the pain is excrutiating it really made me appreciate the whole process of bringing a child into the world a whole lot more. My momma told me it was gonna hurt haha i thought she was exaggerating lol. I am so excited to go through it again :)

Like I.say I started with gas n.air, which was pointless n then they offered peffadin which is a.lil jab in ur thigh, which I.didn't feel.cos they did it whilst I was contracting lol n it relaxes u a.bit n.helps wit it all but.ur not numb n u can.still push with feeling n stuff! Just the thought of an epidural makes me shudder! Lol hope this helped!

I was induced at 40+1 with my first starting with pessaries and then 40+3 they give my the iv, all I had was peffadin, as I really don't like the idea of epidurals and I found it really good it helped a.lot with the pain but I was still able to feel the miracle my body was performing only a.9hr Labour and a.graze had a.bit of trouble.with my uterus contracting back.down and nearly flooded the place but that's a diff story! I didn't like gas m air thou it just made me.feel sick! Go for it hun!
