Labor signs?

So I am 38 weeks and I've been feeling off the last couple days. Last night was extremely gassy and cramping which isn't on the normal for me. I've been having awful headaches which has also not been a normal thing I've dealt with during pregnancy. I've been having spurts of nausea without vomiting and I've had an increase in bowl movements. Also major increase in pressure on the pelvic floor as well as many of the shooting pains down my vagina. also weird dreams and dreams of my baby and I had my first vivid nightmare last night.
I go to doctor tommaro but at my apt last week I was 3cm and 70% effaced.
I was just wondering if all these changes I've been feeling and experiencing are signs of labor approaching?
