Labor story! Braxton Riley has arrived :)

I was in labor for 2pm to 6pm yesterday's with contractions 3-10 mins apart. Took a walk around walmart and shoved a footlong from subway down my throat. My contractions got stronger and 5 mins apart. I waited until they were consistent for 2 hours! Then hubby and I came in and I was 3cm dilated at 10:30. Doctor then came and broke my water and by midnight I was at 5cm, I then got my epidural and that sped things up because at 1:45 am I was 8 cm dilated. My epidural wore off and I could start to feel contractions again and it was time to push at about 4ish. I pushed for 3 hours and he wasn't getting very far because he was facing the wrong way and plus he was too big and got stuck on my pubic bone. Every push I did was an awesome push but after I would breathe in he would get sucked back up there! Braxton's heart rate would get low everytime I pushed so doctor said I needed a c section. At that point I was very upset cause I definitely didn't want a csection but I had too. and then they prepped me for my surgery. Started cuttin at 7:50 and he was born at 7:58! When I heard his cry I started bawling too it was so amazing. Hubby did really well in the whole process he is a trooper I am proud! He weighs 8lbs and 13oz!!!! Almost 9 pounds! He was 20 1/4 inches long and has a head full of hair. I love him so much and it was so hard but I'm so happy to have him here now!!! Strech marks and cesesran scar in all!!!

Tell me why I cried to this. Aww congrats. Such a wonderdul story. So glad you & baby are okay. May God blessed you & your baby many years. & he was a big baby!
