Okay thank you. Going to try and get some sleep and see if they go away. I'm 37w1d.

Well keep paying attention if they get closer together then start timing them
I suggest downloading a contraction timer on your phone to make it simple to time them. And when they're 3-5 mins apart for more than an hour then its time to go get checked.

No they definitely stay. Tried to get up and go to
the bathroom to see if it was a stomach ache and it defiantly wasn't. They arnt very close together. But they definitely come back.

Does the pain go away if you change position.. like if u r laying down stand or sit up.. If it goes away I don't think it's real contractions.  Just practice.

I went to the er with contractions and they said I was only having two in an hour and unless the went above four an hour, it was just preparation. They feel just like you are describing. Good luck!

Could be. If the pain comes then goes away and comes back it can be contractions. My stomach never got tight or hard when I had contractions.
