Lack of Sleep

Every night I find it easy to fall asleep but wake up through the night and wake early in the morning and I'm still so exhausted. I have bad dreams while I'm asleep. Is anyone else getting this and what can help?

Yep, I am almost 20 weeks and I never can stay asleep. I'm having a hard time adjusting to laying on my left side and my back is achy. Then after waking up throughout the night I am magically waking up at 8am on the dot every morning. My (almost) three year old and I used to wake up around 9:30-10 but this has been the new ritual for the past few weeks and I am so sleep deprived.

The way I look at it.. I better get use to it lol. I get up about 5 times in the middle of the night and then can't go back to sleep. Nothing works for me either. .
