getting ready for baby
I'm currently 30 weeks and 2 days and still working and don't have enuff time for anything I'm preparing room clothes etc but husband fusses BC he think its to early but I plan on getting everything ready now before I really swell up and wont hardly be able to do anything ....when is getting prepared really the right time
Now is good...I've been slowly getting things ready since probably about 25 weeks. I am currently 34 weeks
I say its a good idea to start now. I'm 38 weeks and just now finally getting everything done, still a few things I gotta do but I'm so sore and uncomfortable. My HuBbY keeps making me sit down.lol I wish I would've started earlier.
I had taken out some clothes for baby to wear for both girl and boy... enough to get me thru the hospital stay... and id say i did that some time ago but i dont want to have to sort thru all those clothes and hall out a bunch of stuff from storage when i know im gonna have to after baby arrives (when i know for sure what i need...boy or girl) also today i sorted out my room so i have room for baby to be in there but again i dont want to wait till im really uncomfortable! im not packing for the hospital quite yet but i have started making piles of stuff as i find it and think that i might pack... I am mainly trying to organize and get my house in general ready but i basically have everything for the most part ready for baby... i only have 2 bedrooms upstairs and baby will be in my room at the start and then will share with my soon to be 2 year old so her room really is ready for baby... we are also doing renovations to our bathroom so thats gonna take up time so whatever i can get done now goes :)
Oh and with pregnancies you just never know what to expect... what if you were put on bed rest for some reason? or like you said you swell up and are not comfortable... and for the most part majority of us get pretty sore near the end...

We're starting to get ready. 10 weeks is not really a whole lot of time to get ready especially when you work. I'm 27 weeks and I am still working also. Plan on working until the end so my time off can be spent with the baby.
Start getting ready now.... I'm almost 23 weeks and slowly getting ready. I also have two other kids, one in which is special needs, will be moving soon, and have a fiance who is a police officer and works a lot!! If I don't start now ill never get it done! LOL
It's never too early! Especially at 30 weeks its a great time to be prepared, I'm only 24 weeks and getting prepares makes it all the more exciting seeing cot etc in babies room lol xxx good luck on your pregnancy
