Late period

So on the 31st of July and the 1st if August, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex twice. He never ejaculated inside of me, and previously my period had started July 7th and ended four days later. Assuming I'm on a regular ovulation cycle, I would've ovulated around the 22nd of July. So when we had sex I shouldn't of been very fertile.

My projected start date for my period this August 7th. I normally don't start exactly 28 days from my previous cycle. It usually differs a couple of days.

So now that it's 3 days after my projected start date, I'm getting nervous. This Monday I had some brownish discharge. I remember this happening before, but can't remember when in my cycle.

Could that have been an abnormal period?

I feel that I am overthinking it, and I feel the chances are greater that I'm not pregnant, but of course when it comes to something like this it's difficult to have peace of mind.

I'm going to purchase some parsley and make parsley tea. I read it helps jump start your period.

Any advice? Should I wait longer before I worry? Am I pregnant?

If you're willing to have unprotected sex you should know the risk, Not only could you be pregnant, you could possible get an STD. And anytime you have unprotected sex you take that chance. We don't know if your pregnant we can't tell you. Take a test. And if your not pregnant take this as a sign to be more cautious.
