Leaking Fluid or just urine or secretions

Last night I was having what I think were braxton hicks.... it was pressure it my back and period like cramps in my lower belly... today I feel wet ( damp) When I sit up it feels like i am damp ( not like a gush but like trickles almost) I was also running a sligh fever ( 99.6) today.... im 25 weeks... so I dont know what to do.. I dont want to go to the ER if its something stupid like urine slipping out

I know this will not help right now, unless you have this in your medicine cabinet...but if you use PH strips, you can test your secretions...if it is 7 and above then it is amniotic fluid.....but anything below...usually you are safe if it is in the 2-3 range...... Your Dr. can also test this and you should probably call...I had this happen to me numerous times and I was so worried that I was leaking fluid but it was that nice leukorhea....it's gross and for me very wet with some white stuff..... my midwife told me that in the AM put some hydrogen peroxide on a tampon and insert for 1 hour.....that will get rid of some of that leukorhea...(not all med professionals agree with using tampons, etc....while pg., so don't do this is you don't feel comfotable!!!)...You can buy the PH strips online.....I still check mine and I am 35 weeks!!! I am 25w5d and I was told to go to L&D on March 4th due to the same symptoms. They said it was just urine and could not  find a thing wrong. I was fine for a few days until March 10th and I awoke with severe neausea, diareah (sorry tmi) and called my doctor and they told me to go back to L&D. I went back and was having contractions about 10 min apart. I would def. call the doctor and ask him what you should do.  They gave me a shot of tribateline to stop the contractions and sent me home. I followed up with my doctor and he prescribed me meds to take 4x a day until delivery and he took me out of work with minimal activity. Let me know how everything goes. Good Luck
