I have the same problem! Icy hot and a heating pad does wonders! Plus I ask my hubby to rub my legs before bed and that help greatly also! Hope this helps!
Omg me too. I lay on my side at night and every time I wake up to turn over my hips hurt Soooo bad !!
I work nights and hubby works mornings so i dont get leg rubs :(
I get severe cramps in my calves so I talked to my doctor about it and he said it sounds like a combination of a calcium, potassium, and magnesium deficiency. I would bring it up next time you see your doctor.
Bananas are loaded with potassium which helps replenish muscles, even if you don't think they need it. If you can't eat bananas, try a supplement or other fruits and veggies with potassium.
I was having the same problem. It has to do with your water intake. You're dehydrated. I was shocked to hear that because I drink constantly. But since I have upped my water intake, I have not had a single leg cramp!! So drink more water momma! :) promise you'll notice a difference!
Drink LOTS of water, eat bananas and take a magnesium pill everyday and see how you feel. I had them SO bad, and now I haven't in months. I'm 37 weeks now and haven't had one since like 22 weeks.
Last night I got my first cramp right in my foot tho it hurted so bad oml
