Light pink spotting

Got a possible big update. Okay. So the past few bbt's since Tuesday are: 97.7, 97.7, 98.1, 97.7. Today I am 8 DPO and counting. A few minutes ago when I went to the bathroom, I noticed some very light pink spotting on the toilet paper. There wasn't that much of it ... just a tiny bit. (TMI, I know. But I'm hoping that this is it!) I normally don't spot after ovulation, and even if I start a few days early it's usually around 11 or 12 DPO. I'm not supposed to start until April 2nd. I've also noticed that my CM has come back with a vengeance. I took a test yesterday and one this morning but they came back negative. Probably too early. If what I'm experiencing is implantation bleeding, then when can I take a test? When does implantation bleeding take place? I didn't have it with my first pregnancy. I'm getting super nervous/excited.

Thank you so much. There was a dip from yesterday to today. It went from 98.1 to 97.7. At first, I was disappointed by it because I thought that maybe implantation happened earlier than it (possibly) did. I'm thinking now that my huge dip earlier this week was just an estrogen surge. We just started trying this month, and I thought it would take a little longer. But I'm excited to find out. Will update later!

It could be implantation bleeding... but the only way to know for sure is to test... If you had a dip in temp and slight bleeding then hopefully that is exactly what it is =) I would still say wait until your period is due and then take a test because if you implanted on dpo 8 then it could take til dpo12-14 for it to even show in your urine let alone be presented on a pregnancy test =) I hope that you get your bfp this month =)
