Looking for tips, kinda tmi

I am 32 wks and every time I turn around I find I am leaking pee, every time I cough, sneeze or move the wrong way. I never had this happen with my 2 previous pregnancies and figure it is because there is not much left of my bladder or even room in my stomach but it is getting annoying.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions.
Thank you :)

I think it's poise that has the "leaking" pads for urine. Also maybe try doing kegels throughout the day to strengthen the muscles of your vagina to hold it back better, I'm 31 weeks 1 day, and having quite an issue when I sneeze, so I have to really brace myself so I don't haha!
