Lower Back Pain!

So I'm a ftm and just barely at 14 weeks. Today I've been having absolutely terrible lower back pain, almost like muscle spasms. So it's been more difficult to bend to pick things up or sit/lay down. When I'm still I don't hurt. And I took some Tylenol which helped a bit. But I'm just wondering, is this normal with my center of gravity shifting? Did I lift something too heavy? Or should I be worried about something worse? /: Thanks for your responses/help

I've had horrible lower back pain since 13 weeks. My lower back is weak and had a car accident at 13 weeks too. Do lots of stretching, wheat packs help wonders too, watch how you sit/pick up things and goes for walks. That's all helped. I swear by pregnancy yoga for my back and yep the pain does get worse as you get bigger but doing those things now will help you so it won't be as bad :) I'm 34 weeks now
