MASSIVE migrane and no appetite

PLEASE HELP!!!!! I'm almost 9 weeks and I have a massive migrane I can't sit up or turn my head I can't sleep even to write this I needed super dark sunglasses I tried to eat and drink Gatorade incase it was dehydration but I just puked it all out and now cuz of the puke pressure its worse what can I do to relieve my pain and why aren't I holding food down everything I think of eating makes me wanna throw up... anybody else have this? Any suggestions?

I can relate to what your going through. I suffer from migraines before I got pregnant. They are worse now.  The OB gave me a prescription for Firocet which is safe to take while your pregnant.

Slightly better thank u :-) I took yor advice as well as taking a bath vicks vapor rub peppermint oil on my tongue lavender and rosemary oil on my temples and wearing sunglasses while laying down in my room with the window open one of them worked cuz the pain is manageable it still hurts but I'm not feeling like death any more lol and I'm sitting up with out cringing :-) thank u both for your ideas I think I'm gonna try a pb&j sandwich nd sum Gatorade :-)I thank u both so very much I am very appreciative

Every time I get a migraine I throw up but I put an ice pack on my eyes and try to stay cool, stay in a dark room and try to sleep it off. After the migraine goes away then worry about eating and then drink the Gatorade otherwise I fear you will jus keep throwing up.

I will have to try that cuz I'm going on 18 hours with it and going insane since its presidents day my doc office is closed :-(

If u can get someone to help u soak your feet in really cold water for few mins and then really hot water. and try drink tea with milk and sugar....I know what migraine is like. hope u feel better soon
