MYTH OR FACT??!

I was told that women who are always sad during pregnancy have babies with behavioral disorders or mental issues=O. What do you ladies think fact or myth??

Its genetics. My Dr had to reassure me of that last week.

False. I kno a few ppl who went through HELL there entore pregnancy and there baby is perfectly healthy and happy

Dehydration is one cause for preterm labor. Gatorade is good to drink too

Ive been having contractions since i was 16 weeks nothing severe my doc said to just drink alot of water and walk around. My baby sist extremely low it hasnt moved up to much at all should i be thinking about geting prepared for early delivery?

Well... that's a tough one. I've known 2 women that fought with their bfs throught their pregnancies and both babies came out whiney with short tempers. Idk if that's due to their genetics or their environment in utero, though. I barely fought at all with my son and he's generally a quiet baby, but did have colic when he was younger so it's really a toss-up.

I have actually never heard of this... However stress can effect on babys brain development.. But i can not confirm this as thy are only studies... My doctor always ask pregnant women abt depression or stress as they have to keep an on it.. N they provide counciling and support for such women... I guess these things can effect u...

I wouldn't doubt it. i was depressed and stressed a lot with my sons pregnancy. went into labor at 28 weeks. they managed to stop it and didn't have him until. 36 weeks. he is 4 and has a severe case of adhd for his age
