Massage.
I am 10 wks+4 days and my lower back has been killing me. My bf is always so willing to give me back massages, but I decline everytime because I don't really know if he should or not. Can he massage my back for me or do i need to find one of those special places for pregnant massages?
you can get the massage, they only suggest avoidng more deep muscle lower back massages late in pregnancy because of tge risk for causing preterm labor but im 34+2 now and my fiance still lightly massages my back.
Lol ok just alot of people tell me you cant get a massage blah blah blah. Now I will definitely take advantage of them. Thanks.
