Massage!
We'll my fiancé is going to let me get a prenatal massage!:) I'm so happy! Lol. I also want to get a pedicure tho. Can I get one while pregnant? That's probably a dumb question but want to be safe
32 weeks and got a pedicure. .... oh my gosh I almost took all the polish off so I could go back the day. .. there is something about being pampered while pregnant that makes it feel so much more amazing
Yeah if the place is certified and make sure it's meant for prenatal. And always tell the staff you're pregnant. They'll be more gentle & won't apply pressure on your stomach like most regular full body massage will. They'll just concentrate on feet, shoulder & back. You can get a pedi/medi while pregnant. I've done it throughout my pregnancy and I'm 26 weeks now. As long you pick a place That's nicely ventilated. And sometimes the smell will get to you, just tell them you're expecting & ask for a mask. You'd be surprised, they'll be extra gentle with you if you tell them.
I don't see why not? I'm 9 months pregnant and I got them through out my whole pregnancy.
